What Sets Me Apart..

1.       First and foremost  - THIS IS ALL I DO

Being a real estate agent is my only job.  It is how I earn my living, it is my career my business and most of all it is my future.

You might be wondering why I consider this such an important quality.  Well… would you put the largest investment you will make in a lifetime in the hands of someone who dabbles in real estate?  Or someone who sell real estate on the side?   I wouldn’t.

Would you trust your investment to someone who has another job?  Maybe you would until they can’t work around your schedule.  Maybe until they can’t communicate in a timely manner because they are busy with that other job.  I would want someone who is readily available to answer my questions and show me property at all times.

2.       Second – Honesty and Fairdealing

As I said in my About me page – My first real estate experience was a good one and I know now that I was very lucky.

Anyone who knows me – has probably heard my two rules to live by. 

1.        Don’t say anything behind someone’s back that you wouldn’t say to their face.   This means I won’t lie to you.  Not the easiest thing to do when it comes to a buyer who wants more house than they can afford or a seller who believes their home is worth more than it is.  If honesty is not what you are looking for then I am NOT the agent for you.

2.       Do to others as you would want done to you.  Everyone says this, right?  But how many people actually practice it?  I will do all I can to make your real estate experience a pleasant one.  But don’t ask to borrow my car!
