To all my potential and active seller clients this area is for you! Even after all these years of being a real estate broker and even as a buyer and seller myself I still haven't figured out which is the more emotional roller coaster, buying or selling.

I put that paragraph in this section because I am leaning towards the seller side of things. So many things can happen right out of the gate that can wear on every last nerve of even the strongest person, especially in this market. I will say this to you, homes are selling, some quickly and with multiple offers on them. Then there are the homes that have been on the market for months and months even with huge price reductions.

Hopefully the info in this section will prepare you for the ups and downs that you may face and what I do to help you through them.
