There are two main components to OSA that I believe you can't find anywhere else that will help you sell your home.
1. The online media strategy. Sure everyone is online and and if you list you home with any agent you will get you home online. But you will only be getting the basic listing on most of those sites, maybe one picture and generic data. With the OSA you will get showcased listings on thirteen of the main sites including Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow & Yahoo just to name a few. This means multiple pictures, additional data, open houses, links to your homes web site and whatever else I decide to put on it. For any other real estate agent to be able to do this it would cost them thousands of dollars. Prudential gives it to you for FREE!
2. Online tracking. The OSA tracks your home's online activity and keeps you apprised of everything that is happening in the vicinity of your home. This is an amazing tool when it comes to pricing and advertising. It gives you hard facts about your competition and how many people are viewing your home online and from where. I am a HUGE fan of this!!
